1 1/2 cups of dairy-free milk
1 cup spinach
1/2 frozen banana

directions: blend all the ingredients in a blender until smooth. Transfer to a glass and serve.
Simple Avocado Toast: (serves 1)
1 slice of Ezekiel bread
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon olive oil
pinch of salt
pink of pepper
directions: mash avocado with a fork. Add lemon juice, salt pepper. Spread the avocado spread on the Ezekiel bread, drizzle with olive oil and serve.
